About Us

Due is a London-based company founded in 2022 with fresh funding from top-tier investors. We're building a new payments platform leveraging blockchain tech and crypto.

We challenge the status quo of legacy banking systems and aim to create permissionless, self-sovereign, global, and frictionless payments.

Our job is to build the best product based on the latest tech and drive adoption on both consumer and merchant sides.

About the Role

We've seen great traction with minimal marketing efforts, and now we're looking for a Growth Lead to 100x our user base in the next year.

As our Latam Growth Lead, you'll spearhead growth and marketing strategies in the region, both B2B and B2C. You'll be the first Growth hire, shaping our growth trajectory and building a top-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor trends and customer needs
  • Develop and execute a growth and marketing strategy targeting user acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Set up and manage marketing campaigns across key digital channels
  • Manage and create content for social media channels, blogs, and other digital platforms
  • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels
  • Analyze marketing and growth data to measure performance, identify trends, and refine strategies
  • Work on PR and partnerships to increase brand awareness and credibility within the ecosystem
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in payments, fintech, or related industries
  • Interest in crypto payments, stablecoins, and cross-border finance
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong sales and communications skills
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and management skills
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience in blockchain or crypto projects
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in fintech marketing
  • Basic design skills
