At Kenvue, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Research and Development Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for synthesizing partner inputs into decisions that help shape and deliver projects of medium to high complexity. Your ability to estimate required effort for project objectives and prioritize work items appropriately will be crucial in driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3-4 years of related business experience is required.
Strong IT background with a consistent record of delivering results is essential.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate in a collaborative environment are required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with R&D is preferred, but experience with packaging is not required.
Knowledge and experience with GxP validation and related compliance practices are preferred.
Understanding of Design Principles (User Interface and Business Process) is preferred.
