Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing up, and emptying rubbish bins and boxes.
  • Ensure all kitchen and back-of-house areas are kept clean and all equipment is cleaned in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
  • Report any maintenance and hazard issues to the supervisor on duty.
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks set by the Hotel's Management.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Previous kitchen porter experience is advantageous.
