About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Enablement Specialist to join our team at DocuSign, Inc. As a key member of our enablement team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Enablement Platform (Highspot), including our Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage user access, content uploads, governance initiatives, and system configurations for our Enablement Platform
* Collaborate with the enablement team to ensure training content is properly formatted and deployed
* Provide technical support for LMS users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity
* Track and report on training progress, course completion rates, and other key metrics
* Ensure compliance with U.S. government data security standards and regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience as an Enablement Platform Administrator or in a similar role
* Experience with Highspot Training Coaching module Content module or similar systems
* Knowledge of e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC) and learning technologies
* Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
* 2+ years in a systems, operations, or related role within a high-growth, global organization
* Strong understanding of learning management systems, content management systems, and project management tools
* Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability
