Cybersecurity Position
This role encompasses leading and managing cybersecurity initiatives, encompassing hands-on engineering duties. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cybersecurity systems. The successful candidate will also contribute to defining and executing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to ensure the organization's platforms and infrastructure remain secure, resilient, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced cybersecurity architecture, tools, and processes.
  • Oversight of the cybersecurity governance framework, ensuring policies align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as product owner for cybersecurity projects, driving roadmap and prioritization.
  • Mitigate and respond to security incidents, including forensic analysis and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct internal audits and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to embed security into infrastructure, development, and operations.
  • Lead vendor security reviews and onboarding due diligence.
  • Monitor and report on security KPIs, risk registers, and incident logs. Develop employee awareness and training programs on cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in cryptography, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and remediation, packet-level analysis, and threat detection.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and continuous improvement.
