Job Title: Senior Digital Product Designer
Career Overview:
As a seasoned Senior Digital Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process for digital products from discovery and research to production-ready UI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user-centered design solutions that cater to end-users and align with business goals.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to uncover insights, define solutions, and drive project success.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Synthesize user research findings and translate them into actionable design strategies and UI solutions.
- Present design rationale and deliverables to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure high-level quality standards to facilitate the design process and achieve client objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
