This is a key role in driving business transformation and supporting strategic initiatives across the Brazilian market.

The team plays a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring the smooth execution of governance and commercial steering activities. We work closely with leadership and various business units to implement strategic initiatives that support growth objectives in the region.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, executive support, or insurance-related activities.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Advanced knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid work model.

You will be responsible for preparing financial projections, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership forums and strategy sessions. You will also assist in drafting materials and talking points for leadership meetings, recognition events, and commercial committees.

As a proactive problem-solver, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your exceptional organizational skills will allow you to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Your communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and contribute to the success of strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data & Reporting: Prepare financial projections, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership forums and strategy sessions.
  • Meeting & Communication Support: Draft materials and talking points for leadership meetings, recognition events, and commercial committees.
  • Governance & Compliance: Monitor adherence to internal governance processes and support documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.
