Job Description:

A fast-paced and results-driven team seeks a skilled designer to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visual content that translates brand strategies and client goals into clear and compelling messages.
  • Design scalable visuals considering the needs of various clients across similar industries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to support both own brands and client accounts.
  • Ensure all final files are properly labeled, versioned, and uploaded to shared systems.
  • Perform a final quality check on every project before submission, including visual polish, alignment, consistency with brief, links/buttons present, and responsiveness accounted for.
Requirements:
  • Speed and agility: Deliver fast without sacrificing quality, completing projects efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Available to work from 8am EST until the end of the business day, if urgent matters arise.
  • Open to a trial project: We begin with a short hourly paid trial to ensure mutual fit before increasing workload.
  • Trust and integrity: Respect working hours and follow best practices, not logging hours for other clients/projects during our time.
  • Clear communication: Understand client needs and aren't afraid to ask questions or clarify expectations when needed.
  • Self-motivated: Don't need constant follow-up or convincing to move forward on tasks, take initiative, and own deadlines.
  • Receptive to feedback: Stay professional if something needs reworking.
  • Attention to detail: Avoid typos and basic copy errors, double-checking before delivering.
  • Creative: Bring fresh ideas even when working with similar clients or industries.
Bonus Points:
  • Fluent English speaker or writer.
  • Proven experience designing high-converting landing pages and websites.
  • Ability to think creatively even when working with similar types of clients.
  • A portfolio showing diverse styles and strategic thinking.
