Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in Content Creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling stories and building new sales collateral that meets the needs of our Latin America Sales team.

The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience writing and creating presentations and/or marketing materials, strong proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish, and exceptional verbal and written communication and editorial skills.

About the Role:

  • Help create engaging content and deliver value for client presentations.
  • Collaborate with global team members across Marketing, Sales, and Product organizations to ensure best-in-class materials and efficiencies in our processes.
  • Develop working knowledge of payments solutions (Treasury, Acquiring, Liquidity, Trade, Commercial Card, etc.) to provide expertise in guiding the strategic narrative.
  • Translate technical information into language understood by all levels of clients.
  • Proactively perform needs assessment to identify gaps in content and create material to fill those gaps.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience writing and creating presentations and/or marketing materials.
  • Strong proficiency to speak, read, and write in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and editorial skills.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Advanced ability to tell a compelling story.
  • Ability to interact, influence, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other publishing software is a plus.
  • Ability to create short video animations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Solid understanding of payments products and services and/or applicable Payments industry knowledge is a plus.
