Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner role is a critical component of DLL's strategic workforce planning and recruitment support. This position provides proactive support to future hiring initiatives and the full life cycle recruitment of high-level professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver high-quality talent
  • Provide guidance and direction to hiring managers to enhance their hiring skills
  • Source talent pipelines using social media channels and networks
  • Continuously brand the DLL experience through job fairs and campus recruiting
  • Partner with local universities and colleges to offer a robust co-op experience
  • Balance short and long-term strategic goals, including campus recruiting and all-year internship programs
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, including legislative compliance
  • Partner with the America's team on HR projects and services to ensure consistency and sharing of best practices
  • Identify as the talent acquisition and workforce planning expert to each supported business unit
  • Responsible for local and national recruitment efforts that span the America's Region with multiple skill sets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills required to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and DLL executives
  • Working to build and maintain talent pipelines for repetitive skill sets
  • Experienced with competency and behavioral-based interview methods
  • Maintain a continuous process improvement mindset to improve upon current policies, procedures, metrics, and processes
  • Facilitate learning workshops for DLL hiring managers to equip them with interviewing techniques
  • Align closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to focus on and influence company-wide diversity recruitment initiatives and deliverables
