Senior Regulatory Analyst Position

Our ideal candidate will develop and propose internal control activities to ensure regulatory compliance, identify gaps in business/technical projects, and provide recommendations for improvement. They will also support project interfaces, planning organization's strategic topics on ANP compliance matters, implement approved standards and procedures that support the risk management framework, and manage the use of E&P Regulatory Management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and propose process mapping and internal control activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify potential gaps in regulatory compliance within business/technical projects and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Support project interfaces and contribute to the planning organization's strategic topics on ANP compliance matters.
- Implement approved risk management frameworks and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Manage the implementation of E&P Regulatory Management system tasks and execute dynamic upload on ANP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience working within a regulated industry, preferably in the O&G sector, is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese are necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office package is expected.
