Full Stack Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Development Lead to spearhead our modern web applications using React and Node.js. This key role involves leading technical decision-making, architecting complex full-stack applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on product design, requirements, and roadmaps.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Lead technical decision-making, database schema design, and infrastructure setup.
  • Develop and deploy high-quality code, ensuring performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong expertise in React, including component architecture, hooks, state management.
  • Deep understanding of Node.js, Express, API design, and performance optimization.
  • Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Experience with third-party services like Stripe for payments.
  • Familiarity with coding standards, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
