Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality system processes comply with regulatory and internal requirements. This fixed-term position reports into the Quality Assurance Supervisor and is based in São José dos Campos, Brazil.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements for all GXP processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements for all GXP processes.
- Evaluating change controls as a quality representative whenever necessary.
- Supporting and driving the manufacturing and laboratory teams on nonconformances, documents, and change control.
- Supporting risk identification and mitigation related to GxP processes.
- Evaluating and implementing process improvements with support areas.
- Supporting nonconformance investigation related to manufacturing and laboratories processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance of health companies, preferably in pharmaceuticals or cosmetics.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Knowledge of quality processes and tools, including KPIs, nonconformance, change control, audits, document/records management, and trainings.
- Time management skills, organizational skills, sense of urgency, proactivity, and communication skills.
