IT Test Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead our testing efforts in IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
- BUILDING UP AND LEADING THE TESTING TEAM: Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- DEFINING SCOPE OF TESTING: Collaborate with project teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- DIRECTING RESOURCES FOR TESTING: Allocate resources efficiently to meet testing needs and deadlines.
- MANAGING TEST EFFORT: Plan, deploy, and execute testing activities for each engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in test management and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in testing tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, HP ALM.
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager/HPQC/Azure DevOps for managing test cases, test execution, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
