MERN Full Stack Web Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled MERN full stack web developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our software development group, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web applications using the MERN technology stack.

Your primary focus will be on building robust, scalable, and maintainable front-end and back-end applications using Express.js, React.js, MongoDB, and Node.js. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to identify business requirements, design technical solutions, and implement them efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in computer science, excellent coding skills, and experience working with the MERN technology stack. You should also be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, communicate complex ideas simply, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop front-end and back-end applications using MERN technologies
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to deliver high-quality software
  • Contribute to code reviews, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Participate in agile development methodologies and continuous integration
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development, preferably with MERN technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Express, React, MongoDB, and Node.js
  • Excellent coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset, effective communication skills, and ability to adapt to change
