- Proven experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis on direct customer engagement.
- Technical background, preferably industrial engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or related field is highly desirable.
- Motivated to drive change in renewable energy and make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Portuguese and English are essential.
