Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Manage product problem resolution, goodwill adjudication, and process creation/implementation for diesel engine service.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Visit and provide field support to customers.
- Improve distributor support through technical support and capability assessment.
Requirements
- Higher education in engineering or a related field.
- Four-year engineering/technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Pre-Advanced English and Spanish Intermediate language skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and make cost-effective decisions.
- Willingsness to relocate and travel.
Preferred Skills
- Technical knowledge of diesel engines (mechanical and electronic).
- Experience in product support and customer service.
