Global Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SCM IT Project Manager to join our Global Spare Parts & Supply team at Siemens Gamesa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing and improving our internal business flow of spare parts between new and legacy systems in Brazil, while rolling out our new SAP S4/HANA platform globally.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize IT processes within own areas by developing and implementing relevant processes and IT tools within SAP.
- Work closely with business process specialists to enable world-class performance by providing best practice SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with IT offshore partners and external software providers to align on requirement specifications for requested solutions.
- Bridge the gap between existing processes and the implementation of SAP S4/HANA.
- Turn defined improvement areas into smaller projects and be responsible for the total management of the project, including planning, initiating, and implementing.
- Occasional travel may be required.
We are looking for a structured and analytical individual with a strategic mindset who can create an overview and identify improvement opportunities. As a Project Manager, you will be part of a diverse workforce and must be an outstanding communicator who can work with different nationalities and organizational levels.
- You have a master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field and solid relevant business development experience from a consultancy firm or a larger international company.
- You have knowledge of best practices solutions within your area of SAP processes, table structures, and written/understanding of functional specifications for developers.
- You can demonstrate documented experience in project management concerning E-commerce integration to ERP systems, SAP SD/LE processes, and EDI, as well as profound experience in stakeholder management.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and other main languages would be an advantage.
