Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and optimization of internal control environments, including design assessments, control effectiveness testing, and issue resolution monitoring.
  • Regular updates on assignment outcomes and ongoing monitoring of key risks and findings within assigned responsibilities.
  • Clear communication within defined processes and policies, presenting messages and work results to cross-functional colleagues and managers.
  • Development and maintenance of fundamental networks to collaborate effectively within Global Risk and Assurance Services (GR&AS) and build collaborative work relationships with similar functions across organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate senior-level knowledge for audit, risk management, or SOX internal controls.
  • Proactive engagement to address identified risks and issues and solve problems with moderate to high complexity.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, taking sole responsibility for driving end-to-end projects.
  • Advanced functional skills and special knowledge in several areas.
  • Utilize creativity and specialist professional knowledge to deliver high-quality results and solutions.
  • Work as a role model within the team and demonstrate thought leadership, leadership capabilities, best practices concepts, and strategies.
