Property Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Management Professional to oversee the end-to-end operations of our short- and long-term rental properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, insurance providers, and building administrations. They will also develop pricing strategies based on market analysis and manage cash flow.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with at least 4 years of experience in property management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Advanced English proficiency is essential, and international experience is a plus. Knowledge of property management software is also desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies.
  • Manage cash flow and prepare accounting reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in property management.
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • International experience (nice to have).
