Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to collaborate with our engineering team in the technical design of solutions (frontend), solution development, and ensuring the quality of the implementation/rollout/maintenance of new features. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the definition of best practices and architecture standards, considering company strategies and market trends.
  • Staying aligned with Engineering Managers for decentralized technical decisions.
  • Participating in high-level requirements meetings, helping product and design teams prepare their initiatives, epics, and stories we will develop.
  • Supporting the squad in making technical decisions and creating standards.
  • Suggesting new tools and technologies to solve problems.
  • Talking and elaborating ideas and raising issues for both technical and non-technical people.
  • Actively contributing to the Frontend Chapter and disseminating technical knowledge/proposing improvements.
  • Helping with the career development of other professional developers.
  • Technical integration between squads.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and resolving technical debts and bugs.

Requirements

We require:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and full-time Software Engineering work experience.
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in React framework.
  • Knowledge in Java or other programming languages.
  • Knowledge in Server-Driven UI (SDUI).
  • Experience in API and capabilities.
  • Experience in Cloud platforms and main providers.
  • Experience in Monitoring Tools, Metrics, and Observability.
  • Experience in Agile Framework.
  • Experience in DevOps culture, automation (CI/CD), and main tools.
  • Knowledge in Quality (stress tests, load, TDD, BDD).
