Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to join our LATAM team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local communications strategies to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the LATAM Sales Team to execute sales-driven events and activations.
  • Work closely with the International Brand and Communications team to develop promotion and communication strategies for local events and content initiatives.
  • Manage local event logistics, including space or booth reservations, invitation management, travel coordination, etc.
  • Monitor budgets allocated to events in LATAM.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights relevant to the LATAM market.
  • Support the creation of Spanish and Portuguese-language content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and video scripts.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective coordination for Sales & Communications activations release.
  • Adapt locally relevant advertising offers for Dailymotion advertising in collaboration with the global Sales Marketing team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both written and verbal.
  • Education in communication, marketing, event management, or a similar field.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative candidate who is passionate about marketing and communications. A good understanding of international and Italian cultures and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are essential.
