About the Role

Givaudan is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Specialist to join our Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS) Digital Centre of Excellence in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our global E-Doc Master's team, you will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and innovation of regulatory documentation and data-based templates for our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain bespoke customer documentation using Givaudan systems
  • Partner with RAPS global colleagues and other functions to drive regulatory digital projects
  • Gain knowledge of Givaudan systems and tools, including SAP and Business Intelligence
  • Collaborate with peers and regulatory managers to advance regulatory documentation and data-based templates
Requirements
  • Advanced University or Master's Degree in Information Technology or a Scientific field with Data Analysis background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management/Analysis in a global organization in the industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA, and experience with SAP, Business Intelligence, and Smart DataVisualization tools
  • Working knowledge of industry and customer regulatory requirements
  • Experience in project management, with critical thinking, analytical capabilities, and strong communication skills
