Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plant Mechanic to join our team at Workbridge Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently use electrical multi-meters to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
  • Coordinate with the Power & Water Supervisor to order repair and/or spare parts, maintenance parts, assemblies, and consumables.
  • Servicing, maintaining, fault finding, and repairing construction plant machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Complete all work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records to ensure effective reporting and scheduling.
  • Identify and assist in purchasing parts to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance.
  • Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workshop and yard environment.
  • Collaborate with the Plant workshop manager and representatives to achieve team goals.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless workflow.
