A primary care nurse practitioner plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care, encompassing medical evaluation, treatment, counseling, and referrals under the supervision of an attending physician or in collaboration with one.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations to diagnose and manage various health conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Counsel patients on preventive measures, healthy lifestyles, and disease management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Degree in Nursing with specialization in Family Medicine.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) and certification as a family nurse practitioner (FNP).
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
