Automation and Instrumentation SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Automation and Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working on engineering projects during conceptual, basic, and detailed phases in Automation, Instrumentation, and Telecommunications disciplines.You will participate in preparing and reviewing project documents, such as instrumentation layouts, P&ID instrumentation, control system configurations, and automation setups. Additionally, you will interface with other disciplines, like piping, systems, process, mechanical, and electrical.You will analyze vendor drawings and provide technical support for on-site implementation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in executive engineering projects in Mining and Steel sectors.
  • Experience in 3D modeling in integrated environments (BIM).
  • Experience with control systems (DCS/PLC and SCADA).
  • Experience with instrumentation and industrial automation in the mining sector.
  • Desirable: Experience in project implementation.
  • Intermediate English; Intermediate Spanish; and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD / Volo View, Revit, Navis, and Plant3D.
  • Desirable: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or holding a completed Technical degree in Automation or Industrial Instrumentation.
