We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Payments Specialist to join our team at Worldwide Clinical Trials, LLC. As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of global investigator payments for assigned studies.
Key Responsibilities- Payment Management: Set up, deploy, manage, and close out study payments solutions to ensure timely and accurate payments to investigative sites.
- Contract Management: Understand global contract terms, budgets, and payment schedules to ensure alignment with Clinical Trial Agreements.
- Financial Analysis: Perform payment reconciliations, analyze budgeted versus actual spend, and provide consolidated monthly payments reports to project teams.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with sensitivity to decisions requiring supervisory approval.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of ICH, GCP, and FDA or EU directive regulations, as well as local regulatory requirements.
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a relevant role, preferably with a CRO/Pharma Company, in qualitative data entry, data validation, finance, project management, or contracts.
