Sustainability and Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary:

This key role focuses on creating a safe working environment by managing high-risk activities, emergency response planning, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will drive incident prevention and illness through rigorous assessment and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for environmental health and safety programs in specific data centers
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Support investigations and provide actionable insights to inform corrective actions
  • Develop and communicate safety metrics and standards summaries to leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions and best practices
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree required; post-graduation in safety engineering preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in environmental health and safety management
  • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
