Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust automated testing frameworks suited for diverse applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings clearly and effectively to relevant teams.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in testing methodologies and tools across projects.
  • Perform risk analysis and provide insights to enhance product quality and performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering professional development and a culture of learning.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to improve automation processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Must-have Skills: Extensive experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
