Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a High-Performance Payment Solutions Expert. As part of this role, you will play a crucial part in helping companies streamline their payment processes and enhance fraud detection.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about payments and technology. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions to drive application health.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with customers to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Developing close relationships with customers to understand their challenges and provide expert advice on how to overcome them.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical account management or integration engineering role, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other web services protocols and API management tools.
  • Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful API, frameworks).
  • Expertise in at least one server-side language (Golang, Python, Node.js) and exposure to server and database technologies.
  • Fluency in English.
