Job Description

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting senior executives, ensuring seamless execution of daily routines and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commitments and schedules for senior executives, guaranteeing timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, fostering clear and concise information exchange.
  • Administer administrative tasks, such as expense tracking, document management, and travel organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including office managers, EAs, and administrators, to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Requirements:

  • English - Intermediate or Advanced proficiency.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Spanish - Intermediate language skills.
