Packs Merchandising Analyst Position Overview">

We are seeking a highly skilled Packs Merchandising Analyst to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering systems, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer PLM and Mobimedia systems to ensure accurate set up of regional lines, including styles, prices, and other relevant information.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to provide insights to the regional merchandiser.
  • Request reports from distributors and clean and organize received data.
  • Prepare and update internal reports, monitoring results and providing analysis of relevant information to the business team.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sell-out reports and analysis.
  • Maintain and update sell-in tools, organizing sales organizers, order forms, and line lists.
  • Monitor competition, gathering information on new products, campaigns, and trends in the market.
  • Reorder stock responsibly, sharing availability with distributors by demand and placing orders with customer service.
">Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Fashion Business, or related fields.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent oral and written English skills.
  • Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and hands-on personality.
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality results.
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry is an advantage.
