Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hiring Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively involving themselves in hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative tasks.

They will collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and align on process improvements, maintain clear communication with stakeholders and candidates, and support onboarding and related administrative activities as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • English proficiency (spoken and written); interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
  • Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
