Position OverviewThis role involves managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients, communicating with customers via phone, email, or mail, and handling cash collection. Additionally, it requires maintaining records of collection efforts, resolving customer billing issues, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate account status and payment histories.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Debt Collection and Cash Collection expertise
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic understanding of Finance fundamentals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using collection software and MS Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or accounting are beneficial
- Previous experience in collections or a related field is advantageous
- Spanish and Portuguese proficiency
