Job Overview

As a skilled Process Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes using data-driven approaches. Your expertise in process mining tools such as Celonis will enable you to drive business value through improved efficiency and reduced costs.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, specifically in data preparation, data modeling, and process mining analysis. They will be proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and have a strong understanding of database management and big data tools.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing data models using SQL scripts
  • Building prototype dashboards for analysis in Process Mining tool
  • Exploring and offering solutions to businesses based on tool capability and business needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics
  • Proven experience in process mining and analysis using Celonis or similar process mining tools
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, SQL; Database Management: Strong understanding of SnowFlake , SQL and experience with relational databases; Data Processing: Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools; IT Technologies: AI, Machine Learning; Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Big Data Tools: Experience with tools like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, Tableau, Power BI; Fundamental Business Knowledge: SAP Systems , Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
  • Behavioral Skills: Analytical, Problem Solving, Work Collaboration in Global Company, Fluent in English with communicates effectively, Applies learnings
