Field Service Technician Job

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install, commission, and maintain Multivac equipment at client facilities in Brazil.

  • Installation and Commissioning: Ensure seamless integration of Multivac equipment with existing systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive/corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Technical Training: Provide technical training to operators and production teams on the proper use and maintenance of Multivac equipment.
  • Reporting and Follow-up: Prepare technical reports and conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with commercial and technical support teams to ensure efficient service delivery and meet customer needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical Background: Hold a technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in the technical area are highly valued.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, working with industrial or packaging machinery.
  • Language Skills: Technical English for reading manuals and documentation.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficiency in basic IT tools and systems.
  • Personal Traits: Proactive profile, customer-oriented, autonomous, and strong problem-solving skills in the field.
Key Requirements
  • Reside in Curitiba or another city with easy access to an airport (within a 1–2 hour radius) to support operational mobility.
