English Trainer - Corporate Communication

We are seeking enthusiastic and accomplished English trainers to join our team of experts in corporate communication. As a trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the language skills of our clients, thereby enabling them to thrive in today's fast-paced business world.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching/training and be able to bring excitement to the learning experience. You will be conducting lessons online and over the phone to our clients, who are mostly business professionals and executives.

Responsibilities:
  • Delve into live video training sessions
  • Offer corrections and explanations on written submissions
  • Provide live chat support for English language topics
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you must possess an energetic and pleasant personality. Your first or second language should be English, and you must hold a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of one year's teaching experience is required, coupled with at least two to three years of corporate/business experience. Additionally, you must possess excellent English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing. On-camera, hosting, and/or public speaking experience is an advantage, as is editing and/or proofreading expertise.

Benefits:

This full-time contract offers 30-40 hours of work per week, spread across 5-6 days. The job demands flexibility, allowing you to work any day of the week, as long as you meet the total number of hours required.

Additional Requirements:

A quiet and dedicated workspace is essential, along with good computer skills and the ability to multitask and work independently. Furthermore, you must be open-minded and willing to learn.
