As a Final Finish Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic production environment where you will perform manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and safe production methods.
Responsibilities:- Safety First: Practice safe work habits, observing all relevant OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Productivity: Work in a team environment to produce high-quality products while achieving productivity objectives.
- Stewardship: Protect company assets, report maintenance needs, and keep assigned areas clean and orderly.
- Planning: Assist the Team Leader and Area Coordinator in planning and organizing manufacturing activities.
- Attendance: Meet all attendance requirements and be available for start of shift at the required time.
- Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
- Ability to walk, climb, lift at least 50 lbs, and perform other physical duties as needed.
- Effective communication skills to work efficiently with other Team Members.
- Desirable: ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
- Ability to stand or walk for at least 8 hours.
- Bending, squatting, and stooping are required.
