Position Overview:
As a Category Sales Lead for Valves & Automation, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building key client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the offshore sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to valves and automation within the maritime and offshore industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end-customers and drive business growth.

Set, meet, and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years in the maritime and offshore industry, with experience in sales, supply chain, or technical areas.

In-depth knowledge of technical valves and automation for offshore platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant system tools.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Key Attributes:

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams.

Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on exceeding sales targets.

Experience working with OIC, platform owners, shipowners, and shipyards is advantageous.

Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, international logistics, import/export, and hosting exhibitions/events is a plus.
