Sobre a Posição

A nossa posição será responsável por todo o ciclo de recrutamento e seleção das posições sob sua responsabilidade, desde a definição de estratégias até a condução de entrevistas e avaliação de candidatos, garantindo a contratação dos melhores talentos para a equipe.

Atuará com foco na eficiência dos processos seletivos, utilizando ferramentas de recrutamento, promovendo uma experiência positiva para os candidatos e atuando como parceira estratégica das lideranças, oferecendo insights sobre mercado e tendências de talentos.

Responsabilidades
  • Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta para diferentes níveis de senioridade e áreas de atuação;
  • Atuar como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) das lideranças e áreas de negócio, garantindo o cumprimento de SLAs e promovendo visibilidade do processo para stakeholders;
  • Realizar entrevistas por competências e apoiar gestores na tomada de decisão;
  • Aplicar estratégias de atração e engajamento de talentos, utilizando diferentes canais como hunting, job boards, redes sociais, feiras e eventos corporativos;
  • Utilizar práticas de employer branding para fortalecer a marca empregadora durante o processo seletivo;
  • Gerir e monitorar indicadores do funil de recrutamento, realizando análises e propondo melhorias com base em dados;
  • Garantir a aplicação das diretrizes e processos de Talent Acquisition da companhia;
  • Colaborar com áreas parceiras (como BPs) para alinhamento de expectativas, prazos e prioridades;
Requisitos
  • Experiência sólida em Recrutamento e Seleção;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com alto volume de vagas e prazos desafiadores;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de ATS - Greenhouse, Inhire, Gupy, entre outros;
  • Habilidade de usar dados para tomar decisões informadas;
  • Capacidade de gerenciar processos e tarefas;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo híbrido;
