About This Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the preparation of sophisticated proposals and responses to client requests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develops high-quality content that effectively addresses client needs.
  • Evaluates information and final deliverables to ensure response meets client requirements and follows up with contributors as needed.
  • Authors content and drives the creation of resources for team members to use on proposal and RFI responses.
  • Establishes best practices for other team members to follow and ensures a high quality standard on documents created across the team through quality control checks.
  • Manages creation and maintenance of internal resources and provides technical support on tools used for proposal development.
  • Mentors and coaches junior team members to help them grow professionally.
Requirements
  • A seasoned professional with expertise in creating compelling documents; resolves complex issues creatively.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Represents the organization as a prime contact on projects and interacts with internal and external personnel on significant matters.
  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification, along with 5+ years of experience.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, planning, organizational, and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to influence others and mentor team members.
