About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our PIC Finance team at Kenvue. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model through strong collaboration across the Business and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage intercompany transactions and regional pricing
  • Support development of financial forecasts, perform closing activities and analyses of results
  • Support analysis on manufacturing variances
  • Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Business partnering (i.e. Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, Leadership Teams)
  • Share business and financial best practices/procedures across the region
  • Focus on process improvement and standardization
  • Promote collaboration and uses best practices to provide strategic analytic support to the team and organization
Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
  • 4-6 years of experience in Cost and Inventory accounting
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
