Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brazilian assistant to join our team at Confipay Intermediacao De Negocios Ltda. as a Business Development Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the expansion and management of our business in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide translation services between English and Portuguese to ensure effective communication and information exchange.
  • Assist Chinese colleagues in liaising with Brazilian accountants, lawyers, and handling company-related administrative, tax, and legal matters.
  • Assist Chinese colleagues in connecting with Brazilian influencers, advertising agencies, and organizing offline events and parties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent translation skills between English and Portuguese, proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Available for 8 hours daily, with weekends and Brazilian holidays off.
  • Maintain communication availability between 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Brazilian time and adjust working hours flexibly to meet business needs.
  • University degree required, preferably in languages, law, accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Diligent, responsible, with strong execution abilities to swiftly and effectively solve problems and complete tasks.
