Advanced Identity Governance and Administration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced expert to lead the strategic design, architecture, and delivery of advanced identity governance and administration solutions utilizing the Saviynt platform.

  • Provide technical leadership, establish best practices, mentor IAM support teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technology peers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive identity governance strategies.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions to drive business outcomes.

About the Role

This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic foresight, and customer engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity governance and administration principles, as well as experience working with the Saviynt platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to junior team members, ensure the development of high-quality solutions, and establish best practices for the team.
  • Solution Design and Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver advanced identity governance and administration solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive identity governance strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in identity governance and administration, preferably with experience working with the Saviynt platform.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with identity governance tools, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
