As an HR Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming new employees from diverse backgrounds and guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including conducting interviews and coordinating job offers.
  • Deliver and coordinate induction sessions to ensure new hires are properly integrated into the organization, aligned with organizational policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries, handling HR-related requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and provide support in employee immigration and visa procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Manage employee exits, including documentation, exit interviews, and system updates, ensuring all processes are completed through the company's ticketing system.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources. (Junior)
  • Proficiency with Windows tools and familiarity with ticketing systems are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AirTable can be beneficial.
  • Process mapping knowledge can be advantageous.
Required Knowledge:
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes are crucial.
  • Business-level English and Spanish are necessary for success.

Strong communication skills and proactivity are key to exceling in this role.
