Senior Consultant - Process Safety

ERM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in São Paulo. As a key member of our process safety team, you will work on a variety of projects throughout the region, providing expert advice on process safety management and risk assessment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process safety management strategies for clients in the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement process safety management plans.
  • Provide training and support to clients on process safety management best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements related to process safety management.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as chemical engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process safety management, risk assessment, and hazard analysis.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing process safety management strategies that have improved client safety performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
