
Drive Business Growth as a Customer Success Manager

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention across a portfolio of 30-50 accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively own and manage the success of a portfolio of 30-50 accounts
- Leverage high-touch interactions to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
- Facilitate deep and consistent engagement with sales partners to identify and execute on account expansion strategies
- Develop individual success plans for each customer to ensure business outcomes
- Trilingual (English, Spanish & Portuguese)
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships
- Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer success management and account growth
