We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention across a portfolio of 30-50 accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively own and manage the success of a portfolio of 30-50 accounts
  • Leverage high-touch interactions to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Facilitate deep and consistent engagement with sales partners to identify and execute on account expansion strategies
  • Develop individual success plans for each customer to ensure business outcomes
Required Skills:
  • Trilingual (English, Spanish & Portuguese)
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer success management and account growth
