We are seeking a Data Scientist who is passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights. Our ideal candidate will be accountable for collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability.

You will build and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to generate insights and forecasts. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, as well as effective communication skills to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Cleaning: Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability.
  • Model Development and Implementation: Build and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to generate insights and forecasts.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to communicate data insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Data Pipeline Management: Leverage Azure cloud services to manage and optimize data pipelines and analytical solutions.
  • SQL Querying and Optimization: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and transform large datasets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, business) to align data science solutions with organizational goals.
  • Business Problem Solving: Translate business problems into data science approaches and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Staying Current: Stay current with emerging tools and methods in data science, cloud analytics, and visualization.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working with Azure cloud services for data processing and analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL for querying, data preparation, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for building dashboards and delivering insights.
  • Ability to design and execute data-driven solutions to support business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • English proficiency (B2+), both written and spoken.
