We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and analysts;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives;
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans;
- Monitor and report project progress, and provide recommendations for improvement;
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a data analytics or IT environment;
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams;
- Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project;
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms, such as Azure ML, AWS, or SageMaker.
