**Key Responsibilities**

• Receive and inspect incoming invoices for purchased parts, verifying quantity, description, and packaging to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Organize and maintain a well-structured warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is properly stored and easily accessible.

• Perform picking, separation, and dispatch of parts according to instructions received from superiors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Lead and manage the parts team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.

• Regularly report and provide feedback to Dingli China Headquarters, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of warehouse operations and any issues that may arise.

**Requirements**

• Experience working in the machinery or manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of EWP parts and their applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
